Help Desk Walk-Up Support Services

Did you know that the University Help Desk is available for walk-up service? While the University Help Desk continues to provide one-to-one support service by appointment, support is also provided on a walk-un basis on Monday through Friday; 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. at Arnhold Hall 4th Floor. The University Help Desk staff can be found at the service desk located near the elevators.

There, the Help Desk can assist laptop and mobile users in the removal of viruses and spyware and privide free antivirus software, examine and diagnose hardware problems, and help you to connect to The New School wireless network, newschoolnet.
