In mid-September, Blackboard will introduce a new Blackboard Mobile Learn app for iOS (Apple) and Android devices that will work with all carriers and all networks. Blackboard Mobile Learn will allow students and instructors to access documents in multiple formats, read announcements, participate in discussions, upload media, comment on blogs, and more
