Staff Career Services is a new program that provides all union, clerical, and administrative staff with tips and tools for achieving their career goals.

To help you discover your potential, learn new skills, advance your career, and achieve success in your professional and personal life, we invite you to take advantage of the following free services.
The Mentoring Program is an essential part of career development for university employees. People have aspirations – whether it's to get promoted, get a new job, or learn a new and invaluable skill. Mentors share their work experiences with mentees, listen to them, and advise them on how best to realize their potential. Our goal is to have everyone feel supported in his or her career development, leading to a happier work environment.
