Customer Service Training, March 2013

Providing excellent customer service is a core value at this institution. This workshop helps participants develop a mindset dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers. Basic customer service skills include good understanding of the spoken and written language, ability to listen to and understand a customer's request, problem-solving skills, and professionalism.
