Have you ever wanted to express yourself more clearly but hesitated out of fear that you would be misunderstood or rejected? Do you find yourself lashing out inappropriately in order to be heard? Neither option is a healthy one. Learning to express yourself in a healthy way to get a positive outcome is called assertiveness. In this workshop, you assess your own communication style, learn about the differences between men's and women's communication patterns, and start developing the skills and learning the techniques that will enable you to assert yourself in a constructive way.
