Customer Service Training for Student Workers

10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

As many of our administrative and academic offices rely on students for front line reception, we are offering our first customer service training for student worker participants only. Please sign your student workers up for this important session where they will learn important skills including the ability to listen to and understand a customer's request, problem-solving skills, and professionalism. Participants will also explore challenges, discuss related issues in communication, and provide creative tips for better service.
