New Manager Training for supervisors of Student Workers

10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

This session will cover many topics that will help supervisors learn to hire, train and help to develop core career skills for student employees. Students provide great additional resources in some of our administrative offices and are critical to the workflow. However, their primary responsibility at University is to get an education. Students constantly need to balance these priorities. This training will help you learn to support students while setting realistic expectations for job performance.
