1st Quarter Administrative Staff Leave Report  July 1, 2013 September 30, 2013

NOTE THAT ALL LEAVES ARE TRACKED BY HOURS, RATHER THAN DAYS.

 

This form will assist your division/department and Human Resources in tracking accrual and usage of vacation leave and floating holidays .

 If you have any questions regarding time reporting or issues with the form, please contact romanm@newschool.edu. This report must be submitted by October 11, 2013.

 

This years University Friday Summer Close Schedule for administrative departments was as follows: July 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th August 2nd &  9th

The University holidays during this quarter were Thursday, July 4th and Monday, September 2nd
