to take care of yourself and prevent the spread of illness to others.

Faculty members: You must contact your department chairs or directors as per your
departmental protocol as well as your students using GroupWise email or
Blackboard.
Employees: You must complete and submit an Employee Notice of Suspected H1N1 notification found on
my.newschool.edu, or call Human Resources 212.229.5671 x4942. You must also inform your supervisor of your absence.
All employees must contact the Human Resources Department at 212-229-5671
x4942, if you are unable to return to work after five days.
