Rainer Forst is Professor of Political Theory at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He is the author of Contexts of Justice. Political Philosophy beyond Liberalism and Communitarianism (1994, 2002), Toleranz im Konflikt. Geschichte, Gehalt und Gegenwart eines umstrittenen Begriffs (2003, engl. tr. in prep.), Das Recht auf Rechtfertigung. Elemente einer konstruktivistischen Theorie der Gerechtigkeit (forthcoming).
