Sean P. Fodera, associate director of contracts at Macmillan, discusses children’s book contracts. Fodera drafts and negotiates contracts and resolves contract disputes. He is chair of the Copyright Education Committee of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, and gives a City College of New York course on Legal Issues in Publishing.
