ROY MOSKOWITZ (email@example.com) is the chief legal officer of the university, and works collaboratively with the board of trustees, president, vice president, and senior management offering strategic direction, while providing leadership to the Office of the General Counsel.
Mr. Moskowitz has a Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York, College at Purchase and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Moskowitz has over twenty years of experience in education legal practice in New York and has been with the University since August 2006. Prior to joining The New School, he served as a senior administrator and Counsel at District Two in the New York City Board of Education (2000-2004), Deputy General Counsel and Acting General Counsel for the City University of New York (1990-2000) and Deputy Counsel to the New York State Education Department 1988-1990).
KEILA TENNENT (firstname.lastname@example.org) is an associate general counsel of the university. Ms. Tennent has a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University. Ms. Tennent joined the University in 2000. Prior to joining The New School, she worked for King, Pagano & Harrison, a boutique Labor & Employment firm in New York City and before then for the Nashville Office of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. Prior to that she worked for Strang, Fletcher, Carriger, Walker, Hodge & Smith in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

REBECCA WILLIAMSON (firstname.lastname@example.org) is the executive assistant to the chief legal officer of the university. Ms. Williamson has a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from New York University. Ms. Williamson has been with the University since June 2007. Prior to joining The New School, she worked for Michael Kors (USA), Inc. as an executive assistant to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel and before then as a patent paralegal for the law office of Pearl, Cohen, Zedek, Latzer, L.L.P. in New York City.
PHOEBE BERG (email@example.com) is the archivist for the university. Ms. Berg has a Bachelors of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley. She has been with the university since 2004, but took her current position in the Office of the General Counsel in 2011. Prior to joining the university, she worked for a clothing designer maintaining
the digital and paper pattern archives.
RACHELLE GASTON (firstname.lastname@example.org) is the secretary in the OGC at the university. Ms. Gaston has a Bachelors of Arts from Brooklyn College and has been with the University since summer 2005.
