Introduction

Sprocket is a web-based management system that streamlines the Work Order submission process.  It allows faculty and staff at The New School to submit work requests to the Department of Facilities Management. The system also allows users to track the completion of work orders online.

How Do I Get To Sprocket?

New School faculty and staff can log in to sprocket by clicking here. The User ID is the portion of your email address that comes before "@newschool.edu." For example, doej@newschool.edu would enter "doej" for the User ID. Your New School email password will also function as your Sprocket password.

How Do I Use Sprocket?

Download the Sprocket User's Guide for detailed instructions on how to submit Work Orders through the Sprocket system. 

Please note that the Sprocket work order system can not be used to process reservations for Audio/Visual equipment. You will need to access the AV Reservation website through MyNewschool.edu in order to make these requests.
