New School Jazz student Jay Hyung Sang Cho (piano) presents his senior recital.

Jay Cho, a late bloomer born in Seoul, Korea, who turned 40 in 2013, started his jazz studies in his mid 30s. He started his music career in his mid 20s and was involved in recording productions with a few million sells. After then, he was able to associate with topnotch people in the Korean music field. In the end, his ceaseless craving for studying music brought him to the Jazz program at The New School in New York.
He’s been married for 13 years and has a 6 grade daughter. They live in New York City.
