New School Jazz student Nash Guillermo (trumpet) presents his senior recital.

Trumpeter Nash Guillermo has been performing all his life, growing up playing with his family's band in churches all over NJ and NY. Since attending The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music he has studied under Jimmy Owens, Claudio Roditi and Diego Urcola. Nash is a member of several groups, most notably William B. Johnson's Drumadics. He's performed in venues including B.B. Kings, The Highline Ballroom, The Jazz Standard, Zinc Bar and Madison Square Garden. After graduation Nash will be attending Manhattan School of Music pursuing a Master's Degree in Jazz Performance.
