Sara McDonald is a renegade french horn player with a moral opposition to “medium swing.” In the last three years at the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Jazz, Mz. McDonald not only established herself as a Lady Gaga/dubstep remix enthusiast, but also managed to convert the 3% of U.S. Customary System using American students over to the metric system. In the coming months, Sara plans on adopting a one eyed pug named Senor Pickles, starting an online feather-hair-clip-extension company, auctioning off her glockenspiel, and leaving desperate voicemails for her parents in an effort to help her pay off some unsettling student debt. Mz. McDonald currently resides in Brooklyn with her roommate Dea Juris, a liquor cabinet and an assortment of poorly assembled IKEA furniture. hashtag, (#)blessed.
