Professor Robin J. Hayes of the Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy is both a scholar and a filmmaker. She screens and discusses her documentary film, Beautiful Me(s): Finding Our Revolutionary Selves in Black Cuba, which explores how African Americans and Afro-Cubans can learn from one another about building community, forging coalitions, and responding to racism.
