In summer 2007, Ted Fisher (’07) edited 12 episodes of Frugal Traveler: American Road Trip, a video series tracing writer Matt Gross' season-long, budget-conscious trek across the United States. Now the series—the New York Times’ first attempt at online weekly serial programming—has been nominated as a finalist for Outstanding Use of Digital Media by the Online Newspaper Association. The winners will be announced in October.
