We are in the process of consolidating the New School Directory of Individuals (photo directory) and the Directory of Offices and Services. Until the consolidation is completed please submit your changes following the instructions below. Thank you for your patience during this transition.
(Part-time employees should not fill out the form but must follow the remaining instructions to submit their changes.)
Phone number: If you don’t have a phone number listed or would prefer to use an alternate number, use the form below to update the Directory of Offices. You must also update your phone number using the MyNewSchool Self Service page. You can reach this page on the Employee or Faculty tab in MyNewSchool. Follow the "New School Employee Directory Profile" link in the Self Service/ALVIN channel. Click Update NS Address. Any updates you make will be automatically uploaded overnight. From this point on, all faculty and staff will be responsible for keeping their phone number up to date.
Room number: Use the form below to update the Directory of Offices. You must also update your room number using the MyNewSchool Self Service page. You can reach this page on the Employee or Faculty tab in MyNewSchool. Follow the "New School Employee Directory Profile" link in the Self Service/ALVIN channel. Click Update NS Address. Buildings are pre-loaded and can be selected from a drop-down list. Room numbers can be entered directly on the directory self service page. Any updates you make will be automatically uploaded overnight. From this point on, all faculty and staff will be responsible for keeping their building location and room number up to date.
Title: Titles are pulled from Banner. If you notice that your official title isn’t listed or is incorrect, complete the form below AND contact hrhelp@newschool.edu.
Department: Complete the form below AND email hrhelp@newschool.edu if you think your department is incorrect.
Email address: Contact Information Technology at bannerhelp@newschool.edu. Only newschool.edu email addresses are included in the Directory of Individuals.
Non-New School email addresses, telephone numbers, and addresses will not be published.
