Monetary Policy and the Labor Market in the U.S., the Euro-area and Japan: A Conference in Honor of James Tobin (conference program with links to papers)
CEPA and the Economics Department of New School University present a conference on Monetary Policy and the Labor Market in the U.S., Euro-area and Japan. The conference, honoring the late James Tobin, Nobel Laureate in Economics, will discuss what potential role monetary policy has on economic activity and unemployment reduction in the three currency zones. The conference is made possible with funding from the Bernard Schwartz Project on Markets, Equality and Democracy. It is free and open to the public.
