GOVERNANCE

TCDS has the same director and essentially the same staff as ECEP, is governed by a now expanded International Steering Committee, and consults frequently with the members of our small but very active Board of Regional Advisors. ECEP continues as one of the major areas of TCDS activity, along with new collaborative projects now rapidly developing in the Trans-Caucasus, Central Asia, Southern Africa, and Latin America.
