TCDS BULLETIN
The BULLETIN was conceived as an instrument of communication between the TCDS and our colleagues and collaborators in the region. It quickly became a forum for the exchange of ideas and news, as well as an ongoing evaluation of TCDS/ECEP activities. The BULLETIN is recognized as a noted resource for scholars, students, and journalists, as well as a wider audience interested in the countries undergoing systemic transformation. Its circulation began in the fall of 1990. Since then its readership has reached over 2000.
