TNS: Local, Temporary & Freelance Jobs is a platform used to connect students with opportunities within the community of The New School. These off-campus positions are provided by neighborhood residents and businesses, so check this job board if you are seeking positions in child care, tutoring, or seasonal work.

All degree students taking at least 6 credits can apply for OCSE jobs (except international students with F-1 or J-1 visa status, who must be enrolled full-time to qualify). These are paid part-time jobs in offices around the university. Students can find lists of available openings and contact information. They must apply directly online for the position in which they are interested, .
If you have been granted federal Work-Study as part of your financial aid package, you can apply for a work-study job on or off campus. Information about federal Work-Study can be found online.
