Before you reserve, review the changes in gear and access:

1. Degree or credit-seeking students registered for the current academic term may petition for Equipment Center access beyond what is automatic with course enrollment. Check out all the equipment available to you before completing this form.

2. Once you have completed the form, an email will be sent to your faculty advisor for approval. In turn, your faculty advisor will forward your request to the Equipment Center for processing, based on availability.

3. Only complete forms will be considered. Requests for the current term require 6 days to follow-up by email at which time your request will be approved or denied. Requests for intersession may only be considered if submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the end of the current academic term.
