Before you reserve, review the changes in gear and access:

  • All degree or credit-seeking students have access to all gear except NEW HD camcorders*, laptops, and projectors. Details found on Help and Access Directory by clicking "Equipment Center".
  • 1Chip MiniDV camcorders are no longer available.

1. Degree or credit-seeking students registered for the current academic term may petition for Equipment Center access beyond what is automatic with course enrollment. Check out all the equipment available to you before completing this form.

2. Once you have completed the form, an email will be sent to your faculty advisor for approval. In turn, your faculty advisor will forward your request to the Equipment Center for processing, based on availability.

3. Only complete forms will be considered. Requests for the current term require 6 days to follow-up by email at which time your request will be approved or denied.
