Morris is the founder and chief consulting officer of Metropolitan Systems Consulting, a boutique human resources and technology firm headquartered in New Jersey. Morris helps companies improve their human resources, compensation, recruiting, employee engagement, organizational development, and systems functions through the use of technology and new processes. He has worked in the financial, pharmaceutical, entertainment and media, health care, manufacturing, hospitality, and insurance industries in the United States, Latin America, and Europe. Morris is a New School donor and a member of the developing New School Philadelphia chapter; he also maintains a group on the website LinkedIn for graduates of Milano’s Human Resources program. Morris enjoys coaching youth lacrosse, blogging on HR tech at www.hrcomputes.com, and collecting wine and cookbooks.
