2.		Click on Education - (gray lettering on top)

4.		Click Apple Store
5.		Click Shop for your School
6.		Click Higher Education
7.		Select within the drop down - The New School
8.		Page opens to The New School recommend systems page.
9.		Click on the unit of your choice.
10.		View the specs of the units
11.		Add or leave as is on the specification sheet.
12.		Update pricing – for additions

		Once you send for a proposal; proposal number appears on the top left hand side on the page, kindly print out the web proposal. Submit a purchase requisition with the web proposal printout. Please Note: (Purchase orders for PC's, printers, laptops or monitors are not e-mailed to the requestor. The P.O. is sent, only, to the Help desk.)

Receiving & Installation of Computers
Delivery of all units are shipped to 55 West 13th St. – Mailroom

The Help Desk will contact you when the PO for your new computer is processed. At that time, they will help you back up the file on your old machine and discuss the configuration of your new machine. You will be given an estimated delivery date. When your machine arrives, call the Help Desk, ext. 2828 and they will schedule the installation. Generally the installation will occur within three days of delivery.
