Wine & Spirits

The New School has established a relationship with Chelsea Wine Vault as provider of Wine and Spirits for the University. Chelsea Wine Vault offers an extensive selection of fine wines supported by an expert staff and sommelier. They will be pleased to answer any questions and help you select wine for your event.

The New School receives a 20% discount on still wines and a 12% discount on sparkling wines and spirits. See sample offerings. Please note, The New School discount applies to any purchase, not just those selections on the sample list.

To place an order, please fax your Purchase Requisition directly to Chelsea Wine Vault at 212.463.9589. As always, the requisition must bear an authorized approval signature and designated FOAP along with all other order information. A signature will be required at the time of delivery. The vendor copy of that signature in conjunction with the original requisition will authorize payment by Accounts Payable. There is no need to forward your delivery receipt to AP.

Please note that open Purchase Orders are no longer processed. Departments ordering spirits should monitor their usage as orders are placed.

Delivery to New School facilities and events is free in Manhattan.
Please place your order at least one day in advance of your occasion. If you require same day delivery, please call Chelsea Wine Vault as early as possible that day.

Beer & Sodas

In furthering our Sustainability initiatives, the University will no longer purchase bottled water. We suggest that each department procure water pitchers or other reusable containers, available at local stores or through Office Depot.

Lots N Lots (212.228.3900) is the preferred soft drinks vendors. Orders MUST be placed a day or two in advance of event for timely delivery. See attached price list.
All orders MUST be placed with a purchase order.

Flower Requests

The New School has now partnered with 1800Flowers for your floral needs. 1800 Flowers offers the freshest flowers and exquisite, florist-designed arrangements for every occasion.

The New School receives a 15% discount on all flowers, floral arrangements, and fruit baskets.
