Most of the work that gets done in institutions doesn't
happen through the work of one individual. It happens
in groups and teams. However, all too often meetings
are poorly run. Meetings should be critical forums for
sharing ideas and information, for setting objectives,
for doing collective work, and for decision-making.
Running meetings is a skill, which can be easily learned.
This discussion will focus on how to plan, organize
and conduct a meeting to maximize efficiency, teamwork
and productivity.
