The New School adheres to the bargaining agreement between Local 32BJ, SEIU and The Realty Advisory Board on Labor Relations, Inc (RAB). for all classifications of service employees, including but not limited to maintenance, facilities and cleaning.

All employees who either belong in this union or supervise such employees must thoroughly review the contract between RAB and Local 32BJ, SEIU.
