  (This IRS form enables us to withhold the correct federal income tax from your pay. You can change your withholdings at any point during your employment with us by filling out a new form.)
• IT2104 Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate New York State, City Yonkers
  (This IRS form enables us to withhold the correct city and state income tax from your pay. You can change your withholdings at any point during your employment with us by filling out a new form.)
• IT2104.1 Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate of Non-Residence
  (You should only fill out this IRS form if you are going be living outside of New York State, City or Yonkers.)
