The Mentoring Program is an essential part of career development for university employees.  People have aspirations – whether it’s to get promoted, get a new job, or learn a new and invaluable skill. Mentors share their work experiences with mentees, listen to them and advise them on how best to realize their potential.  Our goal is to have everyone feel supported in their career development, leading to a happier work environment.
