Proposal Authorization
All proposals must be authorized by the appropriate Divisional and University officials before being submitted to external funders. Authorization forms may be obtained from the Office of Institutional Giving from

Report Authorization
Reports, interim and final—must be authorized by the Institutional Giving Office prior to submission. Financial Reports require authorization from FINANCE prior to submission to the Institutional Giving Office for approval. No report should be sent to an external funder without the required authorizations. You may obtain the forms from the Institutional Giving Office or by clicking the FORMS & TEMPLATES link to the left. |
