David Hayes, joined forces with the Philadelphia Singers Chorale and the Rutgers University Glee Club in a rare performance of Hector Berlioz’s
Requiem before a sold-out audience at Carnegie Hall on November 10 and the Kimmel Center’s Verizon Hall in Philadelphia on November 16. The Mannes Orchestra marked its Carnegie Hall and Verizon Hall debuts with these concerts. The concerts also celebrated the bicentennial anniversary of composer Hector Berlioz.
