Clay Ewing is an interactive designer with interests in art, education, information systems, computer intelligence and the collision of society with technology. He holds an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons and a BA in Video Production from Pepperdine University. During his undergraduate studies, he produced and hosted a late night variety show on campus. Upon graduation, Clay entered the world of legal information technology, where he developed custom applications for knowledge management and software deployment. Recently, Clay has focused on games and data mining to explore social connectedness and awareness. His applications and games have tried to automate a person's social life through Facebook and teach people the real cost of health care with a board game.Clay is the co-founder of dorkshop, the recipient of the 2009 Open Society Institute Fellowship (Windhoek, Namibia) and proud to be a nerd.
