Have you ever had an idea for a business that you would like to execute? Do you see yourself as being a manager in a digital media corporation? This course will provide students with business knowledge to compete in the world of digital media. Research and development, finance and accounting, project management, leadership, and human resources are all topics that will come under the purview of this course. Students will learn how to budget projects and offices, how to hire and manage employees, how to read and pay attention to business reports and trends, how to fund their ideas, and how to market their business. Students will be split into teams to complete final projects including a business plan and its execution.Open to:
