This course builds on the knowledge and skills from Exhibition Design and Wayfinding Systems. Students will create time-sensitive events and exhibitions (trade show exhibits, corporate/public events, temporary exhibitions, galas, etc.) that address the viewers complete sensory experience. Each aspect of the event design process (goals/concept, model/comprehensive, and production specifications) will be considered. Work will range from the design of one-day events to short-run installations.
