This is a close reading course. Students discuss the following:
Foundation (Groundwork) of the Metaphysics of Morals,
Critique of Practical Reason, and selected sections of
Metaphysics of Morals. Students choosing to write their seminar papers for one of the first four class sessions should prepare before the seminar begins by discussing their choice with my research assistant.
