
Dr William K Fung, SBS, OBE, JP, aged 60, has been Group Managing Director since 1986. Joined the Group in 1972 and became a Director of the Group’s export trading business in 1976.
Graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Holds an MBA degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. Holds a Degree of Doctor of Business Administration, honoris causa, by the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. Holds the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Business Administration by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Dr Fung is a non-executive director of HSBC Holdings PLC and the Chairman of its Corporate Sustainability Committee. An independent non-executive director of VTech Holdings Limited and Shui On Land Limited. A former member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. Past Chairman of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, the Hong Kong Exporters’ Association and the Pacific Economic Cooperation Committee.
Dr Fung is also the co-author of the book “Competing in a Flat Worldâ€. In 2008, Dr Fung has been awarded the SBS (“Silver Bauhinia Starâ€) by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for his significant contribution to the development of Hong Kong as a leading international trading hub and for his outstanding public service in the areas of trade promotion and economic development.

Vera Wang, a native New Yorker, understands women who embrace fashion. As a child, she accompanied her mother as she shopped Parisian and American couture. Vera studied at Chapin, Sarah Lawrence College and The Sorbonne. By age 23, Vera was the youngest ever Vogue fashion editor and stylist where she remained for 16 years before moving to Ralph Lauren as a design director. In 1990, Vera Wang opened her flagship store on Manhattan’s famed Madison Avenue, introducing fashion to the bridal industry with revolutionary designs and refined detailing. Since then she has expanded her collections to include ready-to-wear, eveningwear, intimate apparel, fur, footwear, eyewear, fragrance, china and crystal, silver and gifts, fine papers, fine jewelry and her first book, Vera Wang On Weddings.
Most recently, Vera Wang was honored at the 2005 Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Fashion awards, receiving one of the top honors: “Womenswear Designer of the Year.â€
Vera Wang resides in New York City with her husband and two daughters.
